1 Oil Base Pie Crust
* 1&1/4 Cups AP Flour, 1 Tbl Sugar, 1/4 tsp Salt and Mix. Then add 1/4 Cup of Canola Oil, 1 Tbl Milk, Mix all together.
Form into a ball, place into pie pan and work dough around bottom. Flute edges by pinching together with thumbs.
Set aside.
Quiche
1/2 Cup of Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup of Bacon Bits
8 oz Cream Cheese
8 oz Swiss Cheese Grated
1/4 Cup of Milk
4 Eggs
Salt and Pepper to Taste
3 Cups of Chopped Spinach
1 Tblspn of Garlic Seasoning
Brown onion in pan till translucent, add bacon bits or smoke flavoring. Transfer to blender or food processor and puree onion and bacon bits.
In a large bowl, mix remainder of ingredients. Add pureed onion mix.
Pour into pie crust. Set Oven at 325 Degrees. Cook for 1 hour. After the first 30-40 minutes, cover top with foil to keep from burning.
