So the rule of thumb of how to eat:
Breakfast as a Queen: The energy our bodies receive is found in the foods that we eat early in the day. Complex Carbs, such as whole grains, give us long term energy, as well as proteins (meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products). For Vegetarians the combination of grains and beans together daily, ensures the body receives sufficient amino acids.
Lunch as a King : Left overs, such as soup or salad from home can be taken for lunch the following day. Just add chicken, fish or raw veggies.
Dinner as a Pauper: Stick to salads, soups and vegetables. Grilled or baked Chicken or fish with whole grains such as brown rice. Potatoes are slow to digest. Try to avoid red meat in the evenings. And stop eating at least two hours before you go to sleep so that you will have a rest-full night.
~Try not to eat large meals in the evenings. Also easy on the stimulants, treat yourself to an herbal tea before you go to bed.~
