Garlic is of the onion family. It has many health benefits as well as medicinal. It has long been thought of as a “wonder drug”. It has been proven that raw aged garlic can have a powerful antioxidant effects. Antioxidants help guard against “free radicals”. For years I have relied on a Kwai garlic tablets. It is known for supporting cardiovascular health, normal cholesterol levels and blood circulation as well as a healthy immune system. It is recommended to take garlic three times a day due to the fact that garlic only stays in the system 4 to 6 hours. I take these garlic pills usually once or twice a day depending on my symptoms. Three times a day can seriously dry out your sinuses. The tablets are about the size of a mini m&m and have a sweet coating on the outside. What attracted me to this brand initially was that it is Odorless. This brand of “Kwai” is not always easy to find. After much research recently, I found this product at a Rite Aid Store. Ask for it by name at your drug store. You won’t be disappointed.
